Summary
01

Innios is a health journaling tool, not a medical device or medical professional.

02

You control the records, exports, and backups you create in the app.

03

You are responsible for protecting access to your device and shared files.

04

The app is provided as available, subject to the limitations described below.

1. What the app is (and is not)

Innios Health helps you track personal health information, such as symptoms, cycle, hydration, nutrition, sleep, exercise, vitals, medications, and appointments.

The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional with any questions you may have.

If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

2. Eligibility and account profiles

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping access to your device secure.

If you create multiple profiles, you are responsible for ensuring you have permission to store information for those profiles on your device.

3. Your content and responsibility

You control the data you log. You may edit or delete logs at any time, subject to device backups you create.

You are responsible for how you interpret and use your logs and analytics features. The app may show predictions or insights that are estimates and may be inaccurate.

4. Reminders and notifications

The app can schedule reminders and notifications. Delivery depends on your device settings, operating system rules, battery optimization, and other factors outside our control.

You are responsible for checking and managing your notification settings and for not relying on notifications as your only source of timely information.

5. Backups and exports

The app may allow you to export or back up your data. You are responsible for where you store shared or exported files and who can access them.

If you choose to share exported files or backups, including through email or cloud storage, you do so at your own discretion and risk.

6. Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the app and its related content and branding. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app except as permitted by law.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, if any.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may ask you to accept the updated Terms before continuing to use the app.
